About project

The project idea came up during the realisation of another project where we focused on teaching English to seniors.

• The evaluation of the project activities showed that they lack the opportunity to use their language skills.

• They would like to check their skills in a specific task. Hence the idea of the cooperation of three groups of seniors from three different countries.

• Common work and common activities will be direct during the mobilities but they will also contact indirectly via the information technologies (the Internet, Skype, social media).

• In both cases the seniors will communicate in English.

The main goal

The aim of the project is developing the feeling of unity and mutual understanding.

This aim can be achieved by appealing to common historical and cultural roots.

The first meeting of trainers in Milazzo, Italy. 3-5.12.2018

In the meeting participated teachers, who work in the project teams.

Its goal was to develop the subjects and methodology of activities which will take place at the joint staff training event.

The participants shared their experience and knowledge.

They presented their methods of working with seniors and set the common goals they are going to achieve during the seniors mobility.
