As part of our services we offer tailored events packages for any events that you would like to host. Events include but are not limited to birthday parties, engagements, weddings, Coorporate events, charity and community events.

1. What types of events do you manage?
We manage a wide range of events including corporate events, conferences, product launches, weddings, private parties, charity events, and social gatherings. If you have a specific event in mind, feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
2. How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability although we can be very flexible. If your event requries a full package we recommend atleast 4-6 months prior to the event.
3. Do you offer customised event packages?
Yes. All our event packages are fully customised. We tailor our services based on your budget, preferences, event size, and theme to ensure a personalised and unique experience.
4. What is included in your event management services?
Our services may include event planning, venue selection, theme and décor, vendor coordination, entertainment, logistics, on-site management, and post-event support. Specific inclusions depend on your chosen package.
5. Can you help with venue selection?
Absolutely. We assist in identifying and booking suitable venues based on your event type, guest count, location preference, and budget.
6. Do you manage vendors and suppliers?
Yes, We can manage these to ease the pressure or we can leave it entirely up to you.
7. How do we send the money?
As mentioned in our pricing disclaimer, All monies we make go straight to our chosen charity. We can either be transferred the money or we can share the charity details for you to send to them directly.
8. Will there be an event manager on-site?
Yes. A dedicated event manager will be present on the day of the event to oversee operations, manage vendors, and handle any last-minute issues.
9. When can I expect to recieve my content following an event?
As listed in our contract and events package guide, You will recieve your event content within 24 hours after the event via a google drive link. We may use this content on our social media pages to promote events, share your day and for other marketing purposes. You may get in contact with us at anytime to get this removed.
10. How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote by filling out the contact form below or by reaching out to us directly via email. We’ll get back to you within 24hrs with a detailed proposal after understanding your requirements.
