The goal of this new program is help CCDEA and other partners develop a mentorship program that provides resources for Conservation District staff to be more successful. We are working to develop a way for Conservation District staff members to connect with other Conservation District staff who may be able to help provide resources or answer questions, with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of Conservation District's across the state.  

Currently a survey is being conducted to evaluate need and where there is expertise to allow for peer to peer mentoring!
