Bridget had fallen victim to the yo-yo effect of trying to lose weight until she hired me as her coach! Since then, Bridget has been equipped with the knowledge of how she can make food work for her and keep the weight off without sacrificing her favorite dishes!
Francisco
I have been training Francisco since late 2019, and he has had a couple of different plans since then. We started on a Corrective Exercise Curriculum to focus on form for the first six weeks and then shifted to a Hypertrophy Plan. Francisco has taken every plan I wrote and ran with it and continues to maintain a 10-12% body fat year-round to keep him in top physical condition for performance.
Lauren
Lauren wanted to put on some mass without sacrificing her speed. She does Jiu-Jitsu on top of lifting weights. She is slowly bulking to put on mass, retain her speed, and be stronger at her Jiu-Jitsu competitions. She is a total bada**. GO LAUREN!!
MYSELF!
I experienced the yo-yo effect of dieting myself until I learned more about nutrition. Back in 2020, I experienced an emergency C-section that debilitated my ability to lift weights for almost an entire year after my son was born. I also breastfed him for TWENTY-SIX months to ensure he has the healthiest head-start in life.
Recovering from a C-section and Breastfeeding full-time forced me to be sedentary, and I got as heavy as 278lbs (right image, Feb 2021). It took me well over a year to lose 101 lbs (left image, March 2023). Give yourself time, and your results WILL COME!
