Members of the CCA Secretariat are available to act as tribunal secretary in the following types of arbitrations seated in or outside of Tunisia:
arbitrations administered by CCA under all versions of the CCA Administered Arbitration Rules or UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules; and
ad hoc arbitrations;

Where the arbitral tribunal’s fees are determined on an hourly basis, CCA will charge the rates listed below for its tribunal secretary service:

*Deputy Counsel 150$ Hourly rate

+ A filing fee is applicable to all arbitrations administered by the CCA, and to each claim or counterclaim.
The administration fees calculated in accordance with the Schedule below apply to all arbitrations administered by CCA and is the maximum amount payable to CCA.

50,001 to 100,000 / 2500$ + 2.200% excess over 50,000
100,001 to 500,000 / 3.800$ + 1.200% excess over 100,000
500,001 to 1,000,000 / 4800$ + 1.000% excess over 500,000
1,000,001 to 2,000,000 / 9000$ + 0.650% excess over 1,000,000
2,000,001 to 5,000,000 / 14.600$ + 0.320% excess over 2,000,000
Above 5,000,001 / 25,000$
The administration fees does not include the following:
• Fees and expenses of the Tribunal;
• Usage cost of facilities and support services for and in connection with any hearing (e.g. hearing rooms and equipment, transcription and interpretation services); and
• CCA’s administrative expenses.
For arbitrations conducted pursuant to and administered under these Rules, the fee calculated in accordance with the Schedule below is the maximum amount payable to each arbitrator, unless the parties have agreed to an alternative method of determining the Tribunal’s fees.
At the request of either party (or both parties) in an ad hoc arbitration, CCA may:
appoint arbitrator(s) or umpire(s); and/or
determine the number of arbitrators.
decide a challenge to an arbitrator.
The fee for appointing one arbitrator is 700$.
The fee for determining the number of arbitrators is 700$.
The Challenge Registration Fee is 4500$.
The arbitral tribunal's fees and expenses shall be determined in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules or law.
