Instruction for Authors

Please submit your paper at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ccache2021

The CCACHE 2021 paper template is here. Manuscripts ranging from 2 pages (minimum) to 10 pages (maximum) are expected.

Each paper will be categorized into either the extended abstract type (2-3 pages) or the full paper type (4-10 pages). Both types of papers are welcome.

Please submit your paper (*.doc or *.docx) no later than June 15 June 30, 2021.

Each paper will be rigorously reviewed. Based on the review results, please modify it and submit the final paper to Easy Chair before August 10.

Due to the online scheme, please prepare your presentation video file and upload to YouTube to obtain the link. The presentation length is suggested to follow the preliminary program posted on Aug.16. Online, real-time presentation is still possible but not encouraged due to potential network problems. However, the participation of your QA session is highly suggested.

Thus, please upload the paper authorization form and the YouTube link using our Google Form by Aug.20.

Best papers (only the full paper type) and best student presentations (both the full paper and the extended abstract types) will be awarded.

Excellent papers (both the full paper and the extended abstract types) will be invited to submit to the Special Issue of Journal of the Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering (EI-indexed) after modification.

CCACHE 2021研討會WORD論文樣板與格式說明，請按此下載.

投稿時請勾選所屬論文主題，頁數建議為2-10頁，最後提交日期為6/30.

若投稿論文只有2-3頁，稱作長摘要類型；若頁數有4-10頁，則稱作完整論文型.

每篇論文經審查後，可能需要修改，論文定稿上傳至Easy Chair，期限為8/10.

因研討會為線上，請依議程規劃長度，事先準備簡報影片，上傳YouTube並取得連結，詳見說明；會議當天，論文作者亦可採即時簡報，但為避免網路等不確定因素，建議仍採事先預錄。簡報最後另有QA時段，均請參加.

是故，請於8/20前，將論文授權書與預錄簡報影片連結，於Google表單上傳；每篇有註冊的論文均會收錄在研討會論文集，研討會當天簡報影片則視作者在此表單勾選意願，決定是否讓與會人士在研討會後仍可瀏覽.

大會將頒發最佳論文(完整論文型)與學生簡報獎，優秀論文將被推薦到中國土木水利工程學刊111/10特刊.
