We are starting planning and having meetings to put on another successful Sunrise Beach Memorial Day BBQ. We are looking for folks to help with cooking, set up, day of event volunteering and break down after event.  Plan on attending one of our planning meetings to see where you can jump in and help out. 

Current areas identified for volunteer opportunities:

• Chicken rub - grab your partner and prep the chickens - Friday afternoon

• Set Up tables, chairs, tents - Friday

• Volunteer in the Serving Line - Saturday

• Volunteer for Bake Sale - working table at event and/or baking goods to sell

• Clean Up - breakdown tables, chairs, tents and washing  cooking utensils - Sunday/Monday
