National Night Out:
Comanche Blossom Valley neighbors showed up on Tuesday, August 5th for this year's National Night Out.
Special guests included the San Jose Police Department, San Jose Fire Department, and Councilmember George Casey.
National Night Out occurs every year on the 1st Tuesday in August.
Yurok Circle Block Party
This year's Yurok Circle Annual Block Party was held Sept 10th.
We were joined by over 250 neighbors and local District 10 Council member George Casey.
A neighborhood potluck featured cultural favorites from all over the globe to cheese pizza from down the street.

Neighborhood Tree Planting
This year's Neighbor Day Tree Planting occurred on Saturday, April 26th, 2025.
Mayor Matt Mahan and Councilmember George Casey joined us.
Following breakfast, volunteers and neighbors planted eight trees throughout the neighborhood.

The Great American Litter Pick-Up
This year's Great American Litter Pickup occurred on Saturday, April 19th, 2025. Participating neighbors met at Comanche Park to have coffee and snacks before heading out to pick up trash in the neighborhood.
Community Meeting
Our semi-annual meeting occurred on March 3rd, 2025 at Frost Elementary. Guest presenters included C.E.R.T., San Jose Police Department, and Councilmember George Casey.
Dumpster Day
On March 15th, 2025, the neighborhood arranged for 10 dumpsters that neighbors could use to dispose of items from their homes and yards properly.
