Registration Info

Any student athlete planning to participate in field hockey must complete all paperwork with the school district and PIAA before tryouts. Registration for all CASD sports is on Family ID. Click here to access Family ID for middle school sports.

Athletes must have:

• Approved PIAA physical completed by a medical professional after May 1, 2026

• Family ID registration approved by CASD officials

All athletes must be "registered" and "approved" before Aug. 11! This includes Family ID and a PIAA physical. Coaches cannot let athletes participate in any preseason tryouts, practices or scrimmages until they are approved in Family ID with a PIAA physical.
