You can call the Canvas Support Line 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The people who answer this line are knowledgable and will work quickly to solve your Canvas problems. You will even receive a transcript of the entire call. This is valuable for reference, if you need to review it to fix the problem. The transcript is also useful, if you must show your professor why you were having difficulties participating in a class or assignment.
