8 Habits/Skills for Online Course Success
1) Screenshot or record the problem. If you can, take a screenshot, photo or video that captures the time that it happened.
Documentation of the issue will help your professor and other people troubleshoot what is happening.

2) Notify your professor immediately. If a submission won't upload and you're close to the deadline, let your professor know and provide any screenshots, photos or videos of the problem in your email. If a document you are supposed to download won't, notify your professor. Anything that is preventing you from participating in your course, and that you can't fix on your own, is worth notifying your professor.
3) Your professor is always the first person you should ask for help, because your professor knows the class best. But if you need additional help or your professor hasn't responded - contact me! Lurene Kelley at Lurene.kelley@cbu. edu.
Include screenshots, photos or video of the problem, so that I can provide the best service!
