By using Cbt Manch, you agree to the following:
Cbt Manch is an educational platform designed for conducting computer-based tests and delivering digital learning content.
Users must provide accurate and complete information
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and activity of their account
Students connect to teachers/institutions using a unique CBT Manch ID
Once connected, student data (including name, city, class, answers, and scores) is shared with the respective teacher/institution
Cbt Manch does not control or take responsibility for how teachers or institutions use or manage this data
All tests, content, and evaluations are independently created and managed by teachers/institutions
The platform provides a structured Computer-Based Testing (CBT) system
Features may include auto scoring, rank calculation, time-bound tests, and multi-batch support
Any misuse, unfair practices, or attempts to manipulate the system may result in account restriction or suspension
Teachers and institutions are fully responsible for the content they upload, publish, or conduct on the platform
Any content or activity that is unfair, misleading, harmful, illegal, or socially inappropriate is strictly prohibited
All content must be suitable for an educational environment
In case of violation:
Cbt Manch reserves the full right to suspend or permanently terminate the account
Such action may be taken without prior notice
The app may include embedded YouTube videos strictly for educational purposes
Users are not permitted to download, reproduce, or redistribute such content
Internet and notification permissions are required for core functionality
Storage permission is used for downloading study materials, PDFs, and generating ID cards
Users can update their profile information at any time
Users can delete their account and associated data directly from the app
Cbt Manch shall not be held responsible for:
Content created or published by teachers/institutions
Accuracy or quality of tests conducted by institutions
Any misuse of user data by connected teachers or third parties
Cbt Manch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
Additionally, features, services, or content within the app may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice
In the future, certain features or services may be offered as paid services, including in-app purchases or subscriptions. Users will be clearly informed before any charges are applied
Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
