Central Bedfordshire Council keeps telling families that SEND services are "improving." The independent evidence proves otherwise.

As the evidence shows, CBC is being caught and penalised by the Ombudsman for the EXACT SAME statutory failures today as they were back in 2024.

Every time the Ombudsman investigates, the Council issues a hollow apology, promises an "action plan," and pledges "staff training" - only to commit the identical offences months later.

This proves that standard Ombudsman rulings are having zero impact on Council behaviour, and financial penalties are simply being absorbed as a routine "cost of doing business."
