CBoard — Account and Data Deletion Request

1. Overview

At CBoard, we are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your CBoard account and all associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the CBoard app installed and can access your account:

1. Open the CBoard app on your device.

2. Go to the Profile tab.

3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top corner.

4. Select Account Management → Tap Delete Account.

5. Review the warning and confirm. Your account will be immediately queued for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Request via Support Email (If app is uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in:

• Support Contact: support@cboard.game (replace with your official email)

• Subject line: [CBoard] Account and Data Deletion Request

• Information to include:

  • Your registered email address or linked login provider (Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or Username).

  • In-game Display Name or User ID (if available).

  • A statement confirming you request permanent account deletion.

3. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Once processed, the following categories of data are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

• Account & Profile Information: Username, Display Name, avatar, linked email address, and internal unique user ID (Nakama ID).

• Ranked & Progression Data: Ranked Points (RP), tier level, leaderboard rankings, total games played, win/loss records.

• Game & Match History: Ô Ăn Quan board replays, turn records, match outcome logs, and private match history.

• Authentication & Device Data: Active session tokens, credentials mapping, and push notification device tokens.

• In-game Assets & Achievements: Virtual items, badges, level progress, and unlocked rewards.

4. Data Retention and Legal Exceptions

We may retain limited information only where legally required or strictly necessary:

• Aggregated / De-identified Statistics: Anonymized telemetry and aggregate gameplay statistics that cannot be linked back to any individual identity.

• Financial & Purchase Records: In-app purchase transaction receipts (processed via Apple App Store or Google Play) retained in accordance with applicable tax and commercial laws.

• Security & Fraud Prevention Logs: Records confirming the account deletion request may be preserved for up to 30 to 90 days to prevent fraudulent requests and ensure platform integrity, after which they are purged.

5. Fulfillment Timeline

• In-app requests: Processed immediately or within 24 hours.

• Email requests: Verified and fulfilled within 7 to 30 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
