Where and when are the shows?
Casco Bay Movers' Spring Concerts will be held at Westbrook Performing Arts Center on Saturday, June 13th. We will have two performances: a Matinee at 1 p.m. and an Evening Concert at 5:30 p.m.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets will go on sale on Sunday, May 31, from 10 am - 1 pm at Casco Bay Movers. Tickets can be purchased in person at Casco Bay Moves Dance Studio or via email, info@cascobaymovers.com. Seating is reserved, so we recommend purchasing your seats early for the best selection. Click here to view a seating chart. ***Balances must be paid in full before purchasing tickets.***
Ticket Sales Hours (beginning June 1):
Monday through Wednesday, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Thursdays, from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Alternatively, you can email (info@cascobaymovers.com) with the following information: Your dancer's name, your name and phone number, and the total number of tickets needed for each show, general requests for seating preference, and permission to charge the card on file.

*Advanced Price: $20 - Inclusive of all fees
Advanced price tickets are available at the studio through Thursday, June 11
*Theater Price: $25
Starting Friday, June 12th, tickets will only be available at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center Box Office. You can buy tickets during rehearsal time and one hour before the shows. Only cash or checks will be accepted at the theater.
Evening Show Ticket Prices:
*Advanced Price: $22 - Inclusive of all fees

Volunteers:
We will need volunteers to usher and sit in the auditorium during the performances. Volunteers will be able to see the show for free! If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up with Martha at the front desk.
Costumes:
Costumes will go home with dancers in early May. While we order to suit your dancers’ measurements, costumes are not custom-made and will likely need simple alterations such as hemming or shortening of straps.
Shoes & tights:
If your dancer’s costume(s) require tights, you will find a brand new pair in your dancer’s costume bag. Please only use these tights for dress rehearsal and performance. After the show, dancers can use their costumes and tights any way they like!
Dancers should come to class in proper footwear each week, as they will also wear their dance shoes on stage. A guide is below.
Hip Hop: sneakers dedicated for indoor use
Ballet: flesh tone or pink ballet shoes or black for male-identifying dancers
Jazz: black jazz shoes
Tap: black tap shoes
Modern & Contemporary: bare feet

Please note that photography and video recording are NOT permitted during performances for the
safety of the dancers and the comfort of those seated around you.
Answers to FAQs can be found below:
~ All fees, including Westbrook Performing Arts Center's restoration fee of $2 per ticket, are included in the ticket price.
~ Performers do not need a ticket.
~ Children 2 and under sitting on a lap do not need a ticket. All persons 3 and up need a ticket per WPAC's fire code.
~ Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no ticket limits.
~ There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for tickets.
~ If anyone in your party needs accessible seating for mobility challenges, please let us know when purchasing tickets.
~The matinee is approximately 50-60 minutes, and the evening show will have an approximately 2-hour runtime, including an intermission.
~ Dancers in the Young Dancers matinee will sit with their class in the auditorium so they can also enjoy the show! If your dancer(s) are in multiple dances, they will be assigned a helper to assist them backstage.
~ For the dancers' safety, no one will be dismissed until the end of each show. Dancers in the evening show will be escorted to and from the auditorium to watch when they are not performing.
~ Dress rehearsals are mandatory for all performers, with NO exceptions. This is the dancers' chance to learn how to navigate the backstage space, entrances, exits, and stage lights safely.
~ We realize spring is a busy time for all, and we greatly appreciate your efforts to prioritize class attendance in the weeks leading up to the performance. This will help your dancer feel less stressed, better prepared, and able to fully enjoy the magic of performing on a professional stage!
