Where and when are the shows?

Casco Bay Movers' Spring Concerts will be held at Westbrook Performing Arts Center on Saturday, June 14th. We will have two performances: a Matinee at 1 p.m. and an Evening Concert at 5:30 p.m.

*Students in more than one class or siblings dancing in different classes may be scheduled in each performance.*

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets will go on sale on Monday, May 26th at 2 pm. Tickets can be purchased in person at Casco Bay Moves Dance Studio or over the phone at 207.871.1013. Seating is reserved, so we recommend purchasing your seats early for the best selection. You can click here to view a seating chart if you purchase over the phone. ***Balances must be paid in full before purchasing tickets.***

Ticket Sales Hours:

Monday through Wednesday, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Thursdays, from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. 

Saturdays, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. 

Alternatively, you can leave a voicemail (207.871.1013) or email (info@cascobaymovers.com) with the following information: Your dancer's name, your name and phone number or email, and the total number of tickets needed for each show.  Please also indicate permission if you have a card on file and would like us to charge it.

Matinee Ticket Prices:

*Advanced Price:  $18 

 Advanced price tickets are available at the studio through Thursday, June 12

*Theater Price:  $20 

Starting Friday, June 13th, tickets will only be available at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center Box Office. You can buy tickets during rehearsal time and one hour before the shows.  Only cash or checks will be accepted at the theater. 

Evening Show Ticket Prices:

*Advanced Price:  $20 

 Advanced price tickets are available at the studio through Thursday, June 12

*Theater Price:  $25

Answers to FAQs can be found below:

 ~ Westbrook Performing Arts Center's restoration fee of $2 per ticket is included in the ticket price. 

~ Performers do not need a ticket.

~ Children 2 and under sitting on a lap do not need a ticket. All persons 3 and up need a ticket per WPAC's fire code.

~ Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no ticket limits.

~ There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for tickets. 

~ If anyone in your party needs accessible seating for mobility challenges, please let us know when purchasing tickets. 

~The matinee is approximately  50-60 minutes, and the evening show will have an approximately 2-hour runtime, including an intermission.

~ Dancers in the Young Dancers matinee will sit with their class in the auditorium so they can also enjoy the show! If your dancer(s) are in multiple dances, they will be assigned a helper to assist them backstage. 

~ For the dancers' safety, no one will be dismissed until the end of each show. Dancers in the evening show will be escorted to and from the auditorium to watch when they are not performing. 

~ Dress rehearsals are mandatory for all performers, with NO exceptions. This is the dancers' chance to learn how to navigate the backstage space, entrances, exits, and stage lights safely. 

~ We realize spring is a busy time for all, and we greatly appreciate your efforts to prioritize class attendance in the weeks leading up to the performance. This will allow your dancer to feel less stressed, well-prepared, and able to fully enjoy the magic of performing on a professional stage!

VOLUNTEERS:

We will need volunteers to usher and sit in the auditorium during the performances.  Volunteers will be able to see the show for free!  If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up with Martha at the front desk.
