Previous ARC Recommendations:

07/22/25: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level.  The ARC strongly urged the applicant to work with NPS to replace the existing vents at the fourth-floor façade with windows and to possibly add more windows along the side elevations of the fourth-floor.
