Previous ARC Recommendations:
01/22/24: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level. The ARC stated that a roll down gate or other security should be designed for the new recessed alcove, now rather than later when issues may arise. The new storefront should be further simplified and be a more contemporary materials to better relate to the industrial nature of the building. The entire new storefront system should be setback from the corrugated paneling above to further delineate the old from the new.
07/18/23: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level.
06/20/23: The ARC voted to defer this application for additional review. The ARC requested a 3D axon view of the new stair massing from the street level, as well as the new trash/cooler enclosure. The Arc stated that the cladding of the stair massing should be further explored.
