05/20/2020: The ARC recommended conceptual approval of Option 1 on Sheet 4 with the final details to be worked out at the Staff level. The material used at the panels on the ground floor should be further studied for longevity.
04/23/2020: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be reviewed by the ARC. The ARC also agreed that the proposed storefront opening should be further studied and should relate to the use of the ground floor and incorporate the language of the openings from the upper floors.
