Previous ARC Recommendations:

10/19/21: The ARC voted to defer the application for further study. The ARC stated mounting the new antennas at the rear penthouse or on the interior parapet would be more appropriate even if the antennas need to be taller to achieve the suggested locations. The antennas should be a different color than the building to differentiate the new technology from the historic building.
