10/20/20: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level. The ARC agreed that the addition needed a simple architectural detail at the parapet to define the top of the building. You may consider the addition of a shading structure at the roof deck with details to be submitted to staff for approval. The window at the third floor may be infilled but the frame should still be visible.
