Previous ARC Recommendations:
09/17/19: The ARC recommends conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level. The ARC noted that the placement of new signage on the gallery railing is not appropriate and should be relocated as part of a separate sign permit application. The ARC agreed that the gallery height should correspond with the second-floor interior floor level. As such, the ARC formally recommends that the BBSA grant a variance of the 15 foot minimum gallery height requirement for this application.
