06/17/25: The ARC voted to defer this application for additional review. The ARC requested an update on the SHPO and National Park Service comments of the proposal for the next meeting. The ARC stated that the penthouse façade should reflect the 4-bay rhythm with either openings or recesses. The penthouse wall at the rear should be further inset from the existing wall to differentiate old from new and to better flash the different materials. Any canopies/awnings of the penthouse doors should be part of the design.
