Previous ARC & Commission Motions:

01/07/26: The Commission voted to grant conceptual approval of the massing with the details to be worked out at ARC level. 

12/16/25: The ARC recommended conceptual approval of the massing with the details to be worked out at the ARC level. The ARC stated that the penthouse windows should be simplified but retain the proposed proportions. The penthouse should be set back from the side elevations. The ARC agreed that the mechanical screening should have verticals introduced to break up the massing. The ARC requested more details of the existing storefront and awnings as well as the proposed storefront and awnings.
