RadioGalaxy lets you search for Internet Radio stations and play them. The app keeps the last 2 hours of audio from the station, and you can scroll back to listen to that music again.
Normally, when you switch away from a station, downloading audio for that station stops, but you can configure a station to keep downloading in the background.
