Registration & abstract submission
In order to register to the Workshop please fill in both on-line forms 1. and 2. below.
On-line registration 1.: Whether you are submitting an oral/poster contribution or not, please do fill-in the following on-line form 1.
If you are submitting an abstract for either oral or poster contributions: Abstracts should be prepared using the LaTeX template that you can download here. Abstracts will be published as submitted. The name of the file should be the last name of the presenting author.On-line registration 2.: Please fill in the following on-line form 2 for payment of the registration fee.
Registration opening: Monday the 17th of October 2022
Registration deadline: Friday the 4th of November 2022.
The visit to Alcalá de Henares on Friday the 24th afternoon will be paid independently once in Madrid.
Visit to Alcalá de Henares
On Friday, after lunch, we will head by public transportation towards the World Heritage city of Alcalá de Henares for an informal guided tour of the city. The tour will be finished by 7pm. Alcalá is about 45 minutes by train from Atocha station. The price of the guided tour will depend on the number of people but we expect it to be around 5€ per person (to be paid in person once in Madrid).
