Please be informed that BSP properties are sold on a “First Come, First Served” and “As-is, Where-Is” basis. It is thus incumbent upon the offeror to make the necessary investigation, inspection, and verification of the property for sale to ascertain its actual condition and the status of the title to the property before making an offer. Also, the sale of properties is offered on cash basis. Further, a deposit equivalent to at least 20% of the selling price is required in addition to the required documents. Payments shall be made through Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP), China Bank Corporation (CBC) or through Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards via the NOPS site (https://nops.bsp.gov.ph/nops/index.jsf). For your information, all properties shall be sold on a “First Come, First Served” and “As-is, Where-Is” basis. Also, the sale of properties is offered on cash basis only and does not entertain offers to purchase through installment. Further, a deposit equivalent to at least 20% of the selling price is required in addition to the above-mentioned documents. Payments may be made through Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP), China Bank Corporation (CBC) or through Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards via the NOPS site (https://nops.bsp.gov.ph/nops/index.jsf).
