Bank Financing Requirements for Locally Employed

  1. 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture (husband/wife)

  2. Photocopy of Marriage Contract if Married, Birth Certificate if Single

  3. Photocopy of two (2) Valid Government issued ID’s, with 3 signatures in the photocopy (Husband/Wife)

  4. Tax Account No. (TIN)

  5. Proof of Billing here in the Philippines (Meralco, Manila Water, PLDT, Globe, etc.)

  6. Community Tax Certificate – Cedula (Husband/Wife)

  7. Complete post dated checks for Equity and Amortization

Income Requirements:

  1. Certificate of Employment with Compensation

  2. 3 months payslip

  3. Income Tax Return (ITR)

  • If buyer is based overseas at the time of SPA execution.
