We would like to inform you that  the bank's referral commission for REB or agent or who refer buyers of our bank acquired/foreclosed properties (ROPA) are subject to the following terms & conditions:

-         3% Referral fee for every successful referral (based on approved selling price*)

-          Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

-          All Offers to Buy received are subject to management approval.

-         Payment Options: 

Cash or Installment basis. Bank/SSS/Pag-ibig loan take-out for some properties.

-         Referral fee to be released only upon full payment of the purchase price or upon full payment of required down payment.          

Before submitting your Offer to Buy, please be guided by the following reminders:

• Make sure to conduct the proper due diligence and inspect the desired property before submitting your Offer to Buy.

• Legibly fill out the official Offer to Buy form. You may submit the duly accomplished Offer to Buy form thru registered mail or via email. 

• An Offer to Buy must be confirmed by a reservation fee of P10,000.00 to be paid in cash or check payable to Equicom Savings Bank.

• Reservation fee/s paid in cash for disapproved Offers to Buy shall be refunded while checks issued shall be returned. 

• Submit clear copies of your two (2) valid government-issued IDs, proof of income & proof of billing Submit clear copies of your two (2) valid government issued IDs

• if employed (Source of Income and proof of billing)

• if with business (SEC registration, Permits, proof of income and proof of billing)

• If Corporation (SEC registration, Secretary Certificate, Business Permit, Secretary Certificate, FS, GIS etc., proof of billing & valid ID’s of authorized representative)

• All Offers to Buy are subject to management approval. 

Payment Options:

• Cash 

• For the installment basis buyer should pay at least 25% down payment for you to take possession of the property and for the execution of the Contract to Sell and balance payable in 1 year to 5 years maximum term @ Bank’s prevailing interest rate,  provided with PDC’s. 

• Bank Financing*

• SSS or Pag-ibig Financing*

If applicant is an OFW:

If applicant is an Immigrant:

*Latest Certificate of Employment and any of the following:

*Philippine based Loan Administrator and Co-maker with source of income (to submit same requirements as applicant)

For Corporate Buyers:

* Original Board Resolution and/or Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the purchase and appointing the signatory for the corporation

* SEC Registration

* Articles of Incorporation and By-laws

* Latest Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1702)

* Latest Audited Financial Statement

* Photocopy of valid ID of the signatory

* Community Tax Certificate of the company and signatory

* Tax Identification Number of the company and signatory
