bank holds possession of the property particularly those with improvements and can be inspected anytime.
White – properties with any of the following special concerns: Titles &/or Tax Declarations are still
in the process of transfer to the name of the bank; properties are still with illegal occupants such as former
owner, buyer, or informal settlers; or documents pertaining to the property need to be updated.

We would like to inform you that the bank's referral commission for REB or agent or who refer buyers of our bank acquired/foreclosed properties (ROPA) are subject to the following terms & conditions:
- 3% Referral fee for every successful referral (based on approved selling price*)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All Offers to Buy received are subject to management approval.
- Payment Options:
Cash or Installment basis. Bank/SSS/Pag-ibig loan take-out for some properties.
- Referral fee to be released only upon full payment of the purchase price or upon full payment of required down payment.
Before submitting your Offer to Buy, please be guided by the following reminders:
Make sure to conduct the proper due diligence and inspect the desired property before submitting your Offer to Buy.
Legibly fill out the official Offer to Buy form. You may submit the duly accomplished Offer to Buy form thru registered mail or via email.
An Offer to Buy must be confirmed by a reservation fee of P10,000.00 to be paid in cash or check payable to Equicom Savings Bank.
Reservation fee/s paid in cash for disapproved Offers to Buy shall be refunded while checks issued shall be returned.

Payment Options:

For the installment basis buyer should pay at least 25% down payment for you to take possession of the property and for the execution of the Contract to Sell and balance payable in 1 year to 5 years maximum term @ Bank’s prevailing interest rate, provided with PDC’s.
