The bank has no accreditation process but please ensure that to fill up the complete required broker's information indicated in the buyer's intent form.  This serves as registration of the buyer and broker to the respective sale.

Based on the existing policy, the following commission/referral fees were given:

3% - for Licensed Broker for sale of the property above P3M

5% - for Licenses Broker for sale of property P3M and below

2.5% - referral fee for agents for sale of property regardless of the price

Should your client be interested, we encourage you to submit a letter of intent with the Buyer's Information Sheet (including the complete documents required therein) and we shall respond to you immediately after receiving the document.  Kindly submit the attached forms by scanning a signed copy via email or you may also fax it at 8867-6796 should you prefer. You can call us at 8867-6788 local 7352 to confirm receipt of the fax message.

Kindly note that availability and status of the properties are subject to change without prior notice. All offers received are subject to the Bank's final approval. For properties with more than 1 offer received, the Bank will conduct a sealed bidding and award the property to the highest bidder.
