1. Sale shall be on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.

· The prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call contact persons for confirmation.

· The Bank may decide to use or pull out any property from the list without prior notice.

2. A signed and dated crossed check in the amount of ₱10,000.00 bid deposit should be enclosed in the offer form.

   a. Bid deposits MUST be in the form of a Manager’s Check or personal check, payable to Robinsons Bank Corporation.

   b. Bid without deposit will be considered invalid.

   c. Bid deposit of the winning bidder can be applied as earnest money to the awarded property.

   d. Bid deposits will be forfeited if a sale of the property awarded has been canceled.

3. Interested buyer/s should submit a duly signed and accomplished “Offer to Purchase and Customer Information” form and a copy of valid ID’s with 3 specimen signatures.

4. Fully accomplished forms, valid ID’s with 3 specimen signatures, and bid check must be in a sealed envelope and dropped

inside the Bid Box (Housing) at the lobby of Robinsons Bank, 26th floor Galleria Corporate Center Edsa corner Ortigas,

Quezon City during office hours only: Monday, 9:00AM – Friday 6:00PM

5. Payment Instruction Slip will be issued/send upon confirmation of sale.

6. Client may pay to any Robinsons Bank Branch using the Payment Instruction Slip and present the Official Receipt to Ropa Sales Unit for the preparation of sales

documents.

7. For Cash buyers, winning offers are given five (5) banking days to pay for the property.

8. Failure to follow the OFFER TO PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION FORM submission guidelines will be considered invalid.

9. The Bank reserves the right to reject any offer/bid for non-compliance to the guidelines and/or requirements.
