5) If multiple offers are received for the same property, a bidding shall be conducted and the property shall be awarded to the highest bidder. 

6) Mere submission of an Offer to Purchase does not confer "first option" or "first right" to the offeror.

8) The Bank only shoulders Creditable Withholding Tax up to purchase price. Excess CWT are for buyer's account.

Bank's Procedures and Requirements in Acquiring Foreclosed Properties.

1. Submit fully and originally accomplished Purchase Proposal Form together with the following:

                For Individual Clients:

                        a. Original and duly accomplished Customer Information Sheet

                        b. Photocopy of at least two (2) government-issued IDs

                        c. Tax Identification Number (TIN ID, if available)

                        d. Proof of Income / Capacity to Pay

                        e. Proof of Billing

                        f.  TIN Verified BIR Form 1904

                        *Note: If the client is married, the spouse is also required to submit all of the above


        For Corporate Clients:

                a. Original and duly accomplished Business Information Sheet (third page of attached Customer Information Sheet)

                b. Certified True Copy of Articles of Incorporation (all pages should be certified by the Corporate Secretary)

                        c. Certified True Copy of By-Laws (all pages should be certified by the Corporate Secretary)

                        d. Notarized Secretary's Certificate / Board Resolution

                        e. Certified True Copy of latest General Information Sheet (all pages should be certified by the Corporate Secretary)

                        f.  BIR Form No. 2303

                        g. Proof of Income / Capacity to Pay

                        *Note: The company's representative is required to submit the same requirements as an individual client

2.        Submit in a sealed envelope and address to:

        Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat

        12th floor, SMPC Bldg., Ortigas Center

     label as: "Bids and Awards Committee Bank Property Bid"


3.  Kindly wait for further notice on the developments of your offer as we would be      

     endorsing the same to Management for further evaluation.


4.  The Bank shall then call and inform you of the status of your offer.


For Cash buyers, full payment should be remitted within 30 days upon approval of the Bank.

For Installment, minimum of 20% downpayment, remaining balance payable in 5 years with 10% fixed interest rate per annum.

  • The Bank reserves the right to reject any offer as it deems appropriate.
