I want you to know from the very beginning that you are not stepping into a space where you will be judged, analyzed from a distance, or talked at. You are stepping into a partnership. I believe, wholeheartedly, that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk beside you as you uncover strength, clarity, and the parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by stress, trauma, or survival.
My approach is grounded in collaboration, cultural humility, and the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify what is getting in the way of your peace and build tools that support long-term emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. I integrate both traditional and non-traditional, empirically supported methods including Brainspotting and other trauma-informed approaches so that your care reflects your lived experience and your unique needs, not a template.
Many of my clients come to me carrying intergenerational trauma, racial and cultural identity conflict, relationship wounds, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, spiritual uncertainty, or the heaviness of caregiving and motherhood. Others come after years of powering through life without a safe place to fall apart. No matter where you come from or what has shaped you, you deserve support that is affirming, validating, and rooted in compassion and expertise.
I meet clients exactly where they are emotionally, culturally, spiritually, and sometimes even physically because I believe therapy should feel like a safe space that truly belongs to you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, understand your story, and move toward a life that feels aligned with your purpose, values, and wellness.
Thank you for considering me as a partner in your healing. When you are ready, I am here prepared to listen deeply, honor your truths, and support you as you move toward the version of yourself you’ve always deserved to become.
