PRE-SCHOOL LEADER
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-School Leader to join Causeway Pre-School, Portrush and play a key role in the continued development and growth of our setting.
32 hours per week | £13ph

About the Role
As Pre-School Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the setting, supporting high-quality early years provision and creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for every child.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Leading and supporting the pre-school team
• Planning and delivering high-quality early years provision
• Safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
• Observation, assessment and record keeping
• Building positive relationships with parents and families
• Supporting the continued development and growth of Causeway Pre-School
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and experienced individual who is passionate about early years education and confident in taking a leadership role.
Applicants should have:
• A relevant early years/playwork qualification or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience working with children
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• A good understanding of safeguarding and early years practice
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
