I've always been fascinated by how many methods there are to solve the cube. I wanted to try to develop my own method, and I did with my FATE method, but it's underdeveloped and could be made better and i will in the future.
I want to start fresh with a new proposal to solve the cube, however, there are so many cases that it would be hard to invent a new method without inspiration. Hopefully my proposal hasn't been thought of.
Step 1- Make 2 1x2x2 blocks and put them on opposite faces. Basically roux's F2B except both blocks are missing a pair
Step 2- Solve the last 6 corners
Step 3- Solve the D layer edges. There's only 2 edges to solve
Step 4- Solve the E layer edges. They can be adjacent edges to solve or opposite from each other
Step 5- ELL
I'm not sure what to name it, but it's most likely possible to get sub 20, or even sub 15 with it.
