Dr. Catherine Cornwell (PhD)
Dr. Cornwell is the principal investigator at the Laboratory for Behavioral Neuroscience at Syracuse University, and has been a professor at SU teaching courses in developmental biopsychology, sensation and perception, and cognitive neuroschemistry for 35 years. Dr. Cornwell has also worked/ studied at U.C. Berkley, MIT Cambridge, Princeton and U.C. Irvine and has also taught courses in Women and Gender Studies here at SU.

What I do in the lab: Hello! I am currently working on how maternal separation effects spatial-working memory on the radial arm maze task. Next semester, I am hoping to compare the effects of maternal separation and drug effects of d-amphetamine to investigate the drug and environmental causes and effects of schizophrenia.
