Capstone Project

For my capstone project, I implemented a new network for a small business. The old system was cobbled together, and there was a lot of junk files on the system. I set the entire office up on a wireless network that has guest access. Its so much safer, and it runs a lot faster.

I also set the company up with a cloud based file system which I have been told is working seamlessly after a few bumps in the road. They have integrated Office 360 Professional into it so they can edit and create documents right in the cloud.

My plan is to persist in the maintenance of this system for as long as I can. After graduation, I will have more free time, so stopping by once or twice a week will be easier to do.

Project Management

I started out using Monday.com, but ended up changing to Smartsheet.com. It's so easy to use and a perfect fit for fans of spreadsheets. Below is a Google Slides show of my weekly project management reports. You can see that I finally learned how to make different kinds of reports by week 5.
