Cath Black is working for Shared Space Therapy a private paediatric clinic for pre-school and early primary school aged children (0-12) and their families. Services specialise in assessment and monitoring of children's development where a neurodevelopmental difference is suspected, such as autism. Shared Space Therapy is the home of Eating and Feeding providing neurodiversity affirming care for feeding differences and eating disorders.
Referrals and appointment requests for both autism assessments and general assessments are welcome. Requests for therapy appointments related to language development, speech difficulties, social communication, play and regulation (often observed as unsettled behaviour) are also available.
Cath brings a passion for supporting families to explore concerns about their child’s communication and early developmental differences. A family centred approach that recognises children and families have unique needs is integral to the assessment and individualised therapy process.
The clinic room is located within the Eating and Feeding clinic at 35 Cabot Drive, Altona North (Millers Junction), Melbourne, Victoria.
Please contact Cath to discuss your needs and availability of appointments.
