Privacy Policy - Catch Up

This Privacy Policy explains how QuickInt ("we", "us") handles information when you play Catch Up (the "App") on Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. ABOUT THE APP
Catch Up is free to download and play. It shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases (for example diamonds, power-ups, the Starter Pack and Remove Ads). The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your game progress (scores, diamonds, unlocked balls, settings and purchases) is saved only on your device. We do not upload it to our own servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes it.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following services, which may automatically collect information from your device:
• Google AdMob, shows ads. May collect the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads, and where you allow it, personalised ads.
• Google Analytics for Firebase, helps us understand how the game is played (for example runs started, levels completed, screens viewed). Uses app instance and device identifiers. We do not use it to identify you personally.
• Firebase Crashlytics : collects crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app state at the time of the crash) so we can fix bugs.
• Firebase Remote Config : lets us adjust game settings and balance without an app update.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and local notifications : send optional reminders (for example daily rewards). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
• Google Play Billing : processes in-app purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Google; we never receive your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation of what was purchased.
• Google Play In-App Review : lets you rate the App without leaving it.
• Google User Messaging Platform : shows the consent form for ads where required by law.

4. HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
• To show ads, which keep the game free
• To process and restore in-app purchases
• To understand gameplay and improve the game
• To find and fix crashes and errors
• To send optional game reminders
We do not sell your personal information.
5. YOUR CHOICES
• Ad consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy choices in the App.
• Personalised ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
• Notifications: you can turn them off in your device settings.
• Remove Ads: an optional purchase that removes banner, pop-up and app-open ads.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We do not keep your game data on our own servers. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google for a limited time under Firebase's retention settings. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, email us at the address below with the subject "Data deletion – Catch Up", and we will process the request.
7. SECURITY
Information sent by these services is protected in transit using encryption (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The App may show ads or promotions that link to other websites or apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
