CAT 2022: syllabus and expected exam date

CAT (Common Admission Test) is one of the most popular MBA exams. It is a gateway for all the candidates who want to take admission to MBA programs. CAT is a national-level entrance exam that is provided by IIMs (Indian Institute of Management), Ahmedabad. In this article, we will be discussing the CAT syllabus and CAT exam date 2022.

It is expected that CAT 2022 notification will be released on 31st July 2022. The expected starting date of registration is 3rd August 2022 which may end on 23rd September 2022. The expected CAT exam date is 27th November 2022. The registration process will completely be in online mode.

CAT 2022 Registration

· Students are asked to check the complete details regarding CAT 2022 registration form:-

· Students can fill out the CAT 2022 application form via online mode.

· The registration process for CAT 2022 is expected to start on 3rd August 2022.

· Fill all the valid details in the CAT registration form

· Before paying CAT 2022 application form fee, re-check all the details filled.

· At last, make sure to take the printout of the registration form and fee receipt

CAT 2022 Registration Fee

· Registration fee for General/ OBC category is Rs. 2,000.

· Registration fee for SC/ ST/ PWD category is Rs. 1,000.-

How to pay CAT 2022 Registration Fee?

Students can pay CAT 2022 registration fee via online mode by using only credit card/ debit card/ net banking and UPI payment gateways.

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

· A candidate having a minimum of 50% marks in graduation can appear in CAT 2022

· The candidate who is appearing for the final year of graduation can also appear in CAT 2022

· There is no age limit to apply

CAT 2022 Exam Pattern

Check below details about CAT 2022 entrance exam pattern:-

Mode: CAT examination will be conducted in online mode (computer-based test).

Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes) will be provided for the CAT examination.

Questions: There will be both Objective and Non-Objective types of questions in the CAT examination.

Marking Scheme: For every correct answer student will be awarded with +3 mark.

Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in the section of subjective type questions and 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer in the objective type questions section.
