1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Cat Paws for personal purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

- Modify the app

- Copy or distribute

- Sell or rent

- Use commercially

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to Cat Paws remain with us. App is licensed, not sold.

4. PREMIUM FEATURES

- Purchases non-refundable

- Requires active purchase

- We may modify features

5. TERMINATION

We may terminate if you violate. You may uninstall.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

App provided "AS IS".

6.1 TIME ACCURACY LIMITATIONS

Cat Paws app is not a precise timekeeping tool. Paw appearances may vary from scheduled time by 1-5 minutes or more depending on:

Device power saving mode

Operating system battery optimization

Device state (screen on/off)

System workload

The app MUST NOT be used:

As an alarm clock or timer

For time-critical tasks

For precise time control

In medical or industrial applications requiring accuracy

We are not liable for any consequences related to timing inaccuracies of the app.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Not liable for indirect damages.

8. The app may display content over other applications and on the device screen, including while the device is locked. By using the app, you agree to this behavior.

9. The app may play sounds at certain times. Users are responsible for managing their device sound settings.

10. The app may run in the background to provide its functionality and may require disabling battery optimization settings.

11. The app displays advertisements provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob. The developer is not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

12. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages, interruptions, or unintended behavior caused by the use of the app.

13. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

14. The developer may modify, update, or discontinue the app or its features at any time without prior notice.

15. The app is not intended for children under 13 (or applicable age in your region).
