Hi,It could be superficial but Do you know which n64 core or settings/plugins could emulate the screen above the tunnel on first stage ?I use a shield tv android.Mine is a black screen on mupen64 and i saw for example on the android emultator Mupen64Plus FZ that the screen appears with the animation of the player inside like this:

Something is very wrong with codeally authentication. After finishing bash project I tried to proceed to Mario project but get same blank screen. When I visit codeally.io directly and go to projects page it redirects me to login again even if logged in. Can someone from FCC team escalate this issue? I ran into similar issues where we get redirect loops on login just for having standard browser security on.

I'm wondering if anyone has noticed this. On the left of the screen while playing Super Mario Bros. 3, there is what looks to be an inch or so of blank space that is the colour of the background. It appears much too large of a space to be an overscan type of problem.

I painted a few of the items taking up the entire 8x8" canvas, and others where they were half-way in the canvas so it looks like a screen shot of them spinning. I'm really not sure how many people will understand the image I was trying to go for, but it's okay :3

I tried racing games and battle modes with my eight-year-old son, and we had a blast over a single Switch screen. Yes, on-the-go multiplayer works, and the gameplay feels exactly the same in a good way.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe supports up to four-player split screen on a TV or even the Switch's tiny 6-inch screen. Four people huddled over the little Switch in four-player mode is a gameplay challenge, but the fact that it works at all is impressive. The frame rate drops in four-player split screen, but it's playable.

The better option for on-the-go play in kickstand mode is putting two people in split-screen, which is still cramped but works a lot better. But, using the tiny wireless Joy-Con controllers individually can get a little hand-cramping, especially when trying to press the tiny top shoulder buttons. (Nintendo's included slide-on Joy-Con grips make the needed top shoulder buttons larger, and I'd recommend you use them.)

To get up to eight players playing, you need more than one Switch. Actually, you'd need four. Connecting multiple Switches for wireless only allows two players to play split-screen on the Switch at a time. One Switch creates the lobby and picks the games, and the other Switches join in. We connected two Switches with two players each for four-player multiplayer, but we ran out of Switches for further experimenting.

I'm a gaming loner. Mario Kart 8 still has lots of challenges in single-player, including time trial races against ghosts and battles against CPU players. Or, playing with people online. The game looks fantastic in single-player mode on the handheld screen.

Mario Kart 8 is best played with a full-size controller and a larger screen, but this is the definitive version of Mario Kart 8, and stands alongside Zelda as a killer duo of launch games. Make this your second game (after Zelda).

The other type of hint comes with a gameplay demo video in the bottom-right corner of your screen. These only pop up after you read a sign detailing the displayed move. These signs always look the same, and signs of that nature never have any non-control related information (at least in my experience), so I would simply avoid them if you don't want to see the instructions.

Mario Golf: Super Rush is arriving just in time for the dog days of the vacation months. Nintendo and the Switch look to dominate summer with some big titles, and Mario Golf: Super Rush is one of those games. There are still some questions that some may have, however. And one of those has to do with multiplayer--and specifically split-screen.

Mario Golf: Super Rush does support split-screen multiplayer. There are a bevy of game modes that players will be able to enjoy via split-screen play. These modes include Standard Golf (3, 6, 9, or 18 holes), Battle Golf (9 holes), and the newly revealed Speed Golf (3, 6, 9, or 18 holes). Players can also enjoy various courses with these modes with multi-player split-screen action, and more courses will come to Mario Golf: Super Rush via free updates in time.

Mario Golf: Super Rush does have split-screen restrictions, however. Only two players are able to enjoy split-screen for each console. While it is possible to play with one to four players in various modes, it appears that that is only possible via local wireless and online play and or possibly in modes that allow for the taking of turns (i.e. not Speed Golf.)

Another solid option for multiplayer action is online play in Mario Golf: Super Rush. All of the multiplayer modes support multiplayer action for up to four players as long as the users have Nintendo Switch Online. Players can also utilize split-screen action while playing online (or via local wireless play).

Mario Golf: Super Rush has plenty of options for multiplayer mayhem. Split-screen is not a benefit that all games have anymore, so it is nice that Mario Golf: Super Rush has it. Another multiplayer online game from The Big N that players have to look forward to in the coming months is Mario Party Superstars. Nintendo is packing the multiplayer enjoyment into the second half of the 2021 calendar for its fans.

everyone needs to press L + R on the Splash screen, one at a time, first the second player, go back to the splash screen for the third player to press L + R and finally return for the fourth player to press L + R too

Vertical Screens: When climbing a vertical screen, you can do a few things. By hitting the A Button, you will jump backwards off the screen, similar to a Wall Kick. Press the B Button to punch enemies on the other side of the screen, knocking them off. You can also use the B Button to turn revolving gates on vertical screens.

Horizontal Screens: The controls are different when hanging from a horizontal screen, so pay attention. The B Button releases your hold, and you drop down. When you reach a horizontal revolving gate, you can go up through it by pressing the A Button instead of the B Button.

The experience was different in every theater. IMAX had the largest screen (but also the largest crowd), Dolby had the best picture and sound, and the 4DX version kept me awake with moving seats and sensory effects. The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D and the standard version were a little repetitive by the time I reached my goal. Regardless, the majority of the audience around me loved it each and every time and there’s a reason its $377 million budget opening weekend beat Disney’s Frozen 2.

Bowser’s snout and fire breath lift off the screen in such a noticeable way that, for a brief moment, it makes seeing The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D feel worth it. But I wouldn’t say 3D was a game-changer for watching this particular movie. It’s just that every layer seemed a little more 3D than 2D when using the plastic Real D 3D glasses I got on my way into the Regal Union Square in NYC.

Kids will love going to see The Super Mario Bros Movie in 3D regardless. Parents, who remember 3D movies designed for Disney parks, where things pop off the screen, will be the more disappointed group. I saw the 4DX version with the same 3D experience (Real D 3D), so watching it all over again in 3D felt like I was repeating the experience in a broken 4DX chair. The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D isn’t as worth it as the 4DX version if that option is in your area for anywhere from $3 to $5 more per ticket.

I wouldn’t pay extra to watch the Mario movie in 3D, though kids may love the perk no matter what I say. In my testing, they thought it was “Cool.” Adults, meanwhile, noticed that only a few scenes truly pop, while the bright, fast-paced Super Mario action on the screen constantly felt slightly layered. I paid $27.30, with the ticket costing $25.50 plus a $1.80 booking fee.

Yes, The Super Mario Bros. Movie is in 3D at most major theaters in the United States, according to my research of the movie. There are IMAX 3D showings that will offer a larger screen in 3D, too, but at a more expensive price. There’s confusion (it’s why I’m getting asked this question over and over) because the 3D film hasn’t been heavily promoted, so I’m here to set the record straight in my 3D review of the movie.

Illumination, the computer animation studio behind the film, made the Mario movie with 3D in mind – but it wasn’t mindblowing except for a few scenes. But, at all times, the front-most characters appear to bump off the screen a bit, while characters in the background seem further behind. If you opt to see the Mario movie in 3D, you’ll have to watch it with 3D glasses on (it’ll look blurry without them). It’s not optional.

This was the first time I watched The Super Mario Bros. Movie – right at 12:01 am on April 5 – and it had by far the biggest screen with the biggest price. Why? Because it was easy to see small details on this real IMAX screen at New York City’s AMC Lincoln Square 13 theater. Going the extra mile, my testing for The Super Mario Bros. Movie IMAX review was done in the largest theater in the United States, not in a theater retrofitted to be called IMAX Experience like so many are around the country.

Let me give you a specific example of why IMAX is a good choice: Mario’s red cap showed up more texturized on the eight-story-tall IMAX screen than when I watched Super Mario Bros. in 3D and standard 2D formats (Dolby Cinema did a really nice job of exhibiting this particular detail too). It’s hard not to be in awe of the IMAX screen size – it measures 100 feet wide or 1/3rd a football field minus the endzones.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie IMAX ticket cost $27.99, and there was a $2 surcharge for having a “Preferred Sightline Seat” and I got dinged for a $2.49 convenience fee. In total, I paid $32.48 for this ticket. IMAX theaters have such large screens that viewing angles matter, so I do recommend the extra $2 and getting the perfect middle spot (if you can’t, go to a later Super Mario Bros. Movie show time). Even with the line-of-sight premium I wasn’t exactly in the middle, so I still feel like I had a better angle and picture out of the Dolby Cinema the next day. ff782bc1db
