Welcome to our support page. Below you will find answers to the most common questions regarding identification, data management, and premium features.

1. Breed Identification

How do I get the most accurate results?
For the best AI analysis, ensure your cat is well-lit and clearly visible. Avoid blurry photos or photos where the cat is too far away. The AI works best with a clear view of the cat's face and coat patterns.

Why did the AI identify my cat as a "Domestic Cat"?
If a cat has a mixed heritage or doesn't belong to a specific recognized breed, the AI defaults to "Domestic Cat" (the professional standard for common household cats).

2. Data & Privacy

Where is my identification history stored?
All of your data, including your "My Discoveries" gallery, weight logs, and reminders, is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your photos or personal info to any servers.

I deleted the app. Can I get my data back?
No. Because we respect your privacy and do not collect data on our servers, deleting the app permanently removes all local history. We recommend taking screenshots of important records before deleting the app.

3. Health Hub & Reminders

I am not receiving my care notifications. What should I do?

How do I delete a weight entry?
Simply tap on the specific entry in the "Recent History" list on the Health screen. This will open the Weight Modal where you will see a red Delete icon.

4. Premium & Subscriptions

How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
If you have switched phones, go to the Premium tab and click the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the paywall. As long as you are using the same Apple ID or Google Play account, your access will be restored immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). You can cancel at any time by going to your device's Subscription settings.

5. Technical Support

The app is freezing or crashing.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app from the App Store. If the issue persists, please email us at argonpatel834@gmail.com with your device model and a brief description of what happened.
