1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrow Master Puzzle mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Yiwu Shengmin E-commerce Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Age Restriction

The App includes financial reward mechanics and targeted third-party advertising. Access to and use of the App is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Virtual Rewards and Cash-Out Rules

Arrow Master Puzzle offers opportunities to accumulate virtual currency or "cash" balances through gameplay. Please read the following rules carefully:

• No Inherent Value: Virtual balances and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and do not constitute personal property.

• Thresholds and Redemption: You may only request a withdrawal ("cash-out") once you have reached the specific minimum threshold displayed within the App. All payouts are subject to review for fraudulent activity.

• Local Storage and Data Loss: Because we do not mandate user account registration, all gameplay progress and virtual balances are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, clear the App's data or cache, or lose access to your device, your unredeemed virtual balance will be permanently erased. We are not liable or responsible for reimbursing any lost virtual balances under any circumstances.

• Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the App's reward system using VPNs, bots, emulators, auto-clickers, or modified software will result in the immediate voiding of your virtual balance and a permanent ban from using our services.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements, analyze performance, and ensure stability. Your interaction with these third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

• Google Play Services: Governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

• Google Firebase: Governed by the Firebase Terms of Service.

• Meta / Facebook Audience Network: Governed by the Meta Terms of Service.

• AppLovin MAX: Governed by the AppLovin Terms of Use.

• Adjust: Governed by the Adjust Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content, features, game mechanics, and UI/UX design within Arrow Master Puzzle are the exclusive property of Yiwu Shengmin E-commerce Co., Ltd or our licensors (including the Cocos engine framework). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.

6. User Conduct and No User-Generated Content

Arrow Master Puzzle is a single-player puzzle game and does not currently support User-Generated Content (UGC) or public communication features (such as chat rooms or forums). You agree to use the App lawfully and not to interfere with the network, servers, or security systems connected to the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App, the reward system, or the third-party advertisements. We do not guarantee that your cash-out requests will be processed if we detect network anomalies or violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws (including but not limited to the regulations within your jurisdiction, such as consumer protection laws under the CCPA or GDPR), Yiwu Shengmin E-commerce Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, or the loss of any virtual balances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Yiwu, China.
