With the passage of Bond Measure G, the $123 million General Obligation Bond approved by Castro Valley voters in the June 7, 2016 election, the District has completed improvements related to health and safety, heating and air conditioning, roofs, lighting, fields, and playgrounds in addition to the expansion and upgrades of multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, and improved access for the general community.
Building on the success of Measure G, The Castro Valley Unified School District Facility Master Plan focuses on three primary areas of improvement. This includes classroom modernization and expansions, support facility enhancement, and fields and community spaces.Â
