• Violent, Gory, or Sexually explicit attire or design
• Sorcerer or magical attire
• Religious attire or implications
• Demonic attire or content
• Any design that is not derivative of the template or does not fit the style of Castle Dark

If your character does not appear in the first episode of Castle Dark, be sure that I have not forgotten them! Likely they will appear in a future episode.

Creators of "piglets" for the Your Piglet event will not be paid royalties or given a percentage of revenue from Castle Dark's income for their original work. These characters stand as cameos to the creator and represent their status as a supporter of the channel and a fan of the series. The characters cannot be copyrighted because they were created using the official template provided in order that the character may be accepted into the production and because these characters interact with the official Castle Dark characters in the same setting. As the characters were made with the intention of being used in the film, I hold exclusive rights to use them in the main releases of Castle Dark and subsequent releases.

By submitting a piglet, I am not liable to pay you to use the character that you have designed for the film nor will you receive a percentage of revenue coming from Castle Dark's main releases, subsequent releases, or associated properties. Those of you who submitted characters were required to make a donation before submitting. These donations that signify your support of my channel as well as the production of Castle Dark are greatly appreciated, but by no means does this symbolize a partnership with me, or Castle Dark.
