Tixonic Infotech ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cast for Roku mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our App.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. However, you may voluntarily provide:

IPTV playlist URLs you choose to add (stored locally).
Roku device IP addresses you manually enter (stored locally).
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
Device Information: model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
App Usage Data: features used, crash reports, and performance data.
Local Network Information: WiFi network name and local IP addresses for device discovery.
The App requests access to your device media (photos, videos, audio) solely for casting purposes. We do not upload, store, or transmit your media files to our servers. All media casting occurs directly between your smartphone and your Roku device on your local network.
The App requires the following permissions to function:
Internet: To discover Roku devices and load web content.
WiFi State & Multicast: To discover Roku devices on your local network.
Media Access: To cast your local photos, videos, and audio.
Microphone: Required specifically for screen mirroring with audio.
Notifications: To show media playback controls in the notification bar.
Local Network: Used to communicate with Roku devices over your home network.
We use the following third-party services which may collect data according to their own policies:
Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect Advertising IDs, IP addresses, and interaction data.

All app data (settings, IPTV playlists, browser history) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. You can delete all app data at any time by clearing the App Cache/Data in your device settings or using the "Reset App Data" option in the App.
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App provides a platform for users to add their own IPTV playlist URLs. Please note:
The App does NOT provide, host, or stream any media content itself.
The App is strictly a media player and management tool.
We have no affiliation with any third-party content providers.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access and cast the content they add.
