Welcome to our bright and comfortable apartment on the first floor (please note: there is no elevator). Enjoy the spacious west-facing private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun – ideal for a glass of wine or a good book after a day at the beach.

🛏️ Bedrooms
The apartment has two charming bedrooms, with the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning. Both rooms feature comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for a relaxed stay.

🛋️ Living Room
The cosy living room includes a comfortable sofa, a dining area, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature, even on warm summer days.

🍽️ Kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware – everything you need to prepare a nice meal at home.

🚿 Bathroom
The bathroom is practically designed and includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

🚗 Parking
The apartment comes with a private garage (directly under the building), suitable for a small car – safe and convenient, even during the high season.
