PRIVACY POLICY FOR CASH OUT GAME

Cash Out is operated by Reid Hemsley. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Cash Out mobile application.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Cash Out does not require users to create an account.

Cash Out does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on servers operated by us.

The app does not collect:

• Names or contact information

• Email addresses

• Device or advertising identifiers

• Precise or approximate location

• Photos or videos

• Contacts

• Health information

• Payment information

• Browsing or search history

• User-generated public content

2. INFORMATION ENTERED INTO THE APP

Cash Out allows players to enter display names for local gameplay.

Player names, scores, game settings, and game progress are used only to operate the game on the device. This information is stored locally on the device and is not intentionally transmitted to us or stored on servers operated by us.

Do not enter sensitive or personally identifying information as a player name.

3. ADVERTISING AND PURCHASES

Cash Out does not currently display third-party advertisements.

Cash Out does not currently offer in-app purchases.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cash Out is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may process information related to downloading, installing, and using the app according to Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

We do not control information collected independently by Apple or the operating system.

5. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

If you contact us for support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your email address

• Your device model

• Your iOS version

• Screenshots

• A description of the issue

This information will be used only to respond to your request, investigate technical problems, and improve the app.

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

6. DATA RETENTION

Gameplay information stored locally remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared by the app, or removed when the app is deleted.

Because Cash Out does not use user accounts or store gameplay information on our servers, we cannot access or recover locally stored game information.

7. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information voluntarily provided through a support request may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to a valid legal request, protect users, or prevent fraud or security threats.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Cash Out is a general-audience game.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not transmit player names or gameplay information to servers operated by us.

Because Cash Out does not use accounts or store gameplay information on our servers, we generally cannot identify or retrieve information associated with a specific player.

The revised policy will be published at the same public URL with an updated effective date.
