3. Artificial Intelligence and Financial Analytics
The app features an AI-powered financial analysis tool that processes your spending and income data to generate insights and suggestions.
Data Privacy: To perform these analyses, anonymized financial data (numbers and categories only) is securely transmitted via an external API to third-party AI service providers. No personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name or email address, is ever sent.
Nature of the Feature: This feature is strictly designed to generate static internal reports and financial advice. The app does not contain an interactive chatbot.
Legal Disclaimer: All insights and analysis generated by the AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial or investment advice. The user bears sole responsibility for any financial decisions made based on these analyses.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect and process certain data (such as your device's advertising ID) to personalize ads in accordance with Google's official privacy policy, which you can review on their official website.
5. Backups via Google Drive
When you enable the backup feature, your data file is uploaded and stored directly inside your own secure Google Drive storage space. We at Cashflow AI do not host or store this data on any servers of our own, and we have no direct access to your backup files.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical safeguards and encryption methods to protect your data locally on your device and during transmission. Additionally, the app offers optional security features you can enable to enhance your privacy:
App locking via biometric authentication (fingerprint) or a personal PIN/password.
Screenshot protection to prevent capturing sensitive data screens.
Option to hide sensitive financial wallets.
7. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with any marketing agencies or third parties for commercial gain. Data is only exchanged in an anonymized and encrypted format with the essential services required to operate the app, namely:
Google AdMob: To display ads and monetize the application.
Google Drive APIs: To perform the user-controlled cloud backup process.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users maintain full control over their data. At any time, you can:
Delete all recorded financial data and transactions immediately from the app's internal settings.
Disable the backup feature and manually delete the backup file from your personal Google Drive account.
Turn off personalized ads through your Android device's operating system settings.
Note: Uninstalling the app from your device automatically and permanently deletes all locally stored data.

6. حماية وأمن البيانات
نحن نطبق معايير أمان وتشفير برمجية مناسبة لحماية البيانات المحلية على جهازك أثناء التشغيل أو النقل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر التطبيق خيارات أمان إضافية يمكنك تفعيلها لحماية خصوصيتك:
قفل التطبيق عبر البصمة أو رمز المرور الشخصي.
حماية الشاشة ومنع التقاط صور الشاشة (Screenshots) داخل التطبيق.
إخفاء المحافظ المادية الحساسة عن الأعين.
7. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
نحن لا نبيع ولا نؤجر ولا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية أو المالية مع أي جهات تسويقية أو أطراف ثالثة بغرض الربح. يتم فقط تبادل البيانات التقنية والمالية مجهولة الهوية مع الخدمات الأساسية الضرورية لتشغيل التطبيق وهي:
Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات وتسييل التطبيق.
Google Drive APIs: لإتمام عملية النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي للمستخدم.
مزود خدمة الـ API للذكاء الاصطناعي: لمعالجة الأرقام وتقديم النصائح بشكل مشفر.
8. حقوق المستخدم وحذف البيانات
يحتفظ المستخدم بالسيطرة الكاملة على بياناته، ويمكنه في أي وقت:
حذف كافة البيانات المالية والعمليات المسجلة فوراً من داخل إعدادات التطبيق.
تعطيل ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي وحذف ملف النسخة الاحتياطية يدوياً من حساب Google Drive الخاص به.
إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات عبر إعدادات نظام التشغيل (أندرويد).
ملاحظة: إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من الهاتف يؤدي إلى مسح كافة البيانات المخزنة محلياً بشكل تلقائي ونهائي.
9. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ونحن لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية منهم عن قصد.
10. التغيرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لمواكبة التحديثات البرمجية أو القانونية، وسيتم تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى هذه الصفحة عند حدوث ذلك.
